About FOG KIDS:
FOG Kids provides support for children as they navigate grief and heal from loss, whether from death, parent divorce, family incarceration or other trauma. We provide a safe, friendly, and professional environment where bereaved individuals of all ages and their families can find uplifting, encouragement, support, resources, and education while dealing with all types of loss.
What’s an Angel Investor
Years ago, we had a community that poured into our young people. It was not odd to see the neighbor on the corner teaching the young man down the street how to change his tire. What a pleasure it was to see the grandmother sitting on the porch teaching a young lady how to knit. We want to bring this back. By investing in their education, skill development, and well-being, we can equip them with the tools they need to become leaders, entrepreneurs, and change-makers.
We pride ourselves on creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere. From the moment you join our initiative, you will be greeted by a team of friendly and passionate professionals who will provide you with exceptional experience.
This program is designed to create a playful learning environment where children can develop positive life skills. make new friends, service their community, and become the leaders of tomorrow! This program will also have an education component, where in just thirty- minutes per session, there will be tutoring. Our dynamic educators are excited to engage the participants in subjects like: Basic Math, Phonics, English, Writing and Science.

Mental
We provide opportunities to strive for excellence, primarily focusing on developmental character and integrity.
Emotional
Interacting through fun activities that stimulate growth through thinking and strategy.
Physical
Through fun, fitness and stress-relieving activities our students will learn how to deal with the obstacles that life brings us.
Play
Using what peaks the interest of this generation, we will be utilizing drone planes, video games, painting, chess, theatre and so many other play components to help foster engagement and participation. We will also have some field trips planned.
